Our data showed that still now there are 34 individuals with mental illness under critical condition, and it is estimated that the number can be increased by researching all refugee camps. The report is ready about their needs and the plan is ready and we involved the whole community to actively share all parts of the project and data collection. We trained our members and volunteers through training tools such as workshops to accomplish data addressing the cause and prepare the project steps. SVO has prepared a bigger plan to protect, support, and develop the target group and find activities and income-based programs that empower the targets.

The trauma tapping technic is one of our very important projects in Tchad for healing people from trauma and other mental and psychological illnesses. With our project TTT we reached over 16 0000 people last year. Due to this result, we are going to increase TTT to exist in all camps in Tchad and the local community as well.

Our goal is to continue supporting healthcare in refugee camps as long as it’s needed.
We want you to know that we have started the very first school for children with disabilities in Chad, it’s located in Kouloungou refugee camp, where 263 students attend our daily activities. The school needs so much support to be equal to normal schools in refugee camps.
