Missions Description: Our work in refugee camps and durations:
Kounougou refugee camp: The mission will come to Kounougou and will have meetings with the SVO:s crew from Tchad, Adam Fadoul SVO,s regional coordination and head of the refugee and IDP return process in eastern Tchad, and all volunteers in Kounougou between the 15th - 19th of June and we will implement our field hospital Mile Refugee Camp:
The mission will be In Mile between the 20th - 23th June to meet the team of SVO there and make a plan again for how to carry out the work, to set up a work plan with the stockholder in Mile and local authorities there and we will implement our field hospital.
Iridimi refugee camp: 24- 27th June mission will meet the team of SVO there and organize and make a plan for how to carry out the work SVO in the Iridimi camp and area of Iriba province and we will implement our field hospital. Ore-Kashony refugee camp: 01- 03th July mission will come to Ore-kashony refugee camp to start SVO's activities in Ore-Kashony camp and organize a workshop about volunteering efforts and SVO plans in the area, and we will implement our field hospital.
04 -05th July Mission will be in Iriba again to Visit Toloum and Am-nabok refugee camps in Iriba province to organize SVOs work in these camps and invite community leaders to plan about strategic day in Iriba and we will implement our field hospital. Strategic Day in Iriba to have strategic and planning days in Iriba province to invite all refugee leaders from Ore-cassony, Touloum, Iridimi, and Am-nabok and all NGOs in the province to exchange views from different actors from both refugee leaders and SVOs members, local authorities and international NGOs as well as, UN, WFP, UNHCR, SCNAR, HIAS, PAM, IOM, JRS and OCHA -Tchad and Sudan and whom may it concerned to for their experiences of hosting refugee from Sudan over a decade. We will invite all interested people from refugee camps to influence the campaign of empowering refugees with ideas and projects as tools for supplying stability in the area. 6- 07 July: Strategic days in Gréda province have strategic and planning days in Gréda province to invite all refugee leaders from Kounougou, Mile, and Municipality all NGOs in the province to exchange views from different actors from both refugee leaders and SVOs members, local authorities and international NGOs as well as, UN, WFP, UNHCR, SCNAR, HIAS, PAM, IOM, JRS for their experiences of hosting refugee from Sudan over a decade. We will invite all interested people from refugee camps to influence the campaign of empowering refugees with ideas and projects as tools for supplying stability in the area. 04- Juli will mission come to the Region of Asonga to visit refugee camps in Asonga area. In Asonga region there are 6 refugee camps and after the escalated situation in Sudan has opened 3 more refugee camps in Asonga province. The mission will be in Gaga refugee camp from 04– 05th Juli. –09th July farsiana, 10 -12th Terjen and 13 -16th will be in Brejen. 17 -20th July will be Jabel camp and 21- 24th Luly our mission will arrive at Goz-amer refugee camp. The Mission will arrive back to N, Djamena, and then further to Sweden by 29th Juli 1.2 Needs: For us to be able to implement this campaign, we need your support as a sponsor, as a partner, as a donator or contributor and collaborator: 1. Food, we will invite our guests from refugee camps and the hosted community in Tchad to give hospitality with food and accommodation as a full service during the conference and the strategic plan days in municipalities: Iriba, Gréda, and Adré. 2. Transport: We need cars for transport and work to transfer our participants from refugee camps in Tchad to Iriba, Gréda, and Adré and back to their Refugee camps. 3. Locals: For carryout activities, we need allocations where we can prepare and proceed with our activities in the following municipalities in Tchad: Iriba, Gréda, and Adré. 4. Security, Because of the situation in Darfur and the area, which is well known to many of us, as a place known for potential danger and risks it's necessary to cooperate with the authorities in Tchad to bring people safely and back safely with the help of the security authorities from Tchad with full cooperation. We SVO can manage the collaboration and communication between different actors from Tchad and NGOs, but we also need very necessary economic resources to implement that professionally. 1.3 OUR PROJECTS: NATIONAL FOOD SECURITY PLAN. SUPPLY OF RENEWAL ENERGY. REDESIGN OUR IDEAS OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP EMPOWER OF REFUGEE COMMUNITY stimulates refugees to stabilize NORMAL LIFE IN Tchad. ESTABLISHMENT OF SVO IN THE DARFUR AREA.
